Fall fundraising season is here, and when it comes to the live auction, you want those high energy experiences that make those paddles fly in the air.
If you’re building your fall auction lineup, here are (5) Giveback XP experiences worth putting in the spotlight.
⛵ Set Sail in the British Virgin Islands
There’s something about a vacation on the water that instantly feels like an escape.
Set Sail gives bidders the chance to trade schedules and screens for ocean views, fresh air and time away. It can appeal to couples, friends and families alike.
Why we like it for live auction: It sells the feeling of a vacation before the bidding even begins.
🏎️ F1 – Choose Your Race
Formula 1 continues to bring serious energy, and this experience lets the winning bidder choose one of six races.
With the F1 – Choose Your Race package, bidders aren’t locked into a single destination. They can select from participating races and turn one of the world’s biggest sporting events into their next getaway.
Why we like it for live auction: Pound for pound it is the biggest money maker in our portfolio of experiences.
🌴 Hilton Head Seasonal Escape
Sometimes the strongest auction item is one everyone in the room can immediately picture themselves using.
A getaway to Hilton Head Island can offer travelers beaches, golf, restaurants, bike rides and plenty of room to simply relax. Better yet, a house stay creates an experience bidders can imagine sharing with family or friends.
Why we like it for live auction: Familiar destination, broad appeal and a built-in group getaway.
🐎 Kentucky Derby – First Turn
Few sporting events have the instant recognition of the Kentucky Derby.
The hats. The horses. The mint juleps. The roar of Churchill Downs as the field comes around the track.
Our Kentucky Derby – First Turn experience puts your winning bidder at one of America’s most iconic sporting traditions.
Why we like it for live auction: Bucket-list status and instant name recognition can get paddles moving quickly.
🍷 Wine Dine & Unwind in Crete
Crete brings together Mediterranean scenery, beautiful beaches, charming towns, incredible food and the kind of European escape that feels especially exciting when it appears on an auction screen.
It also gives your live auction something important: variety. Pairing an international escape with sports, coastal and sailing experiences helps create a lineup with something for different types of travelers.
Why we like it for live auction: Greece has undeniable dream-trip appeal and gives the lineup an international showstopper.
