Custom Signature Package for Multiple Events

Giveback Sports was tasked with creating a “Signature” package for an organization that hosts multiple fundraisers throughout the year for 25 professional athlete foundations, such as Von Miller, Andy Dalton, and Corey Kluber. The organization provided the price point, interests of its audience and asked Giveback Sports to create a custom package that would stand-out to its guests and be a turnkey, high-performing auction item.

Utilizing past data, consumer trends, and specialized knowledge of the destination, Giveback Sports developed the Wine Country Girls Getaway to cater to the organization’s affluent donors at various fundraisers across the nation. The package sold at nearly every event throughout the year and raised a significant amount for each athlete’s foundation. Because the custom auction item was built for the purpose of filling a need at every athlete’s event, it provided an effortless solution for event organizers.

Giveback Sports’ ability and willingness to work with a client one-on-one to customize a package guaranteed to appeal to their guests is one of our differentiating factors. We not only treat our clients with the highest level of personalized service, but we also ensure every donor receives a hassle-free, memorable experience.

Utilizing Group Experiences for Year-Round Fundraising

The Outdoor Discovery Center (ODC) in West Michigan utilizes Giveback Sports packages in an unorthodox, but compelling, fashion. Capitalizing on Giveback Sports’ unparalleled adventure packages, ODC offers our Guatemala Big Game Fishing package to all supporters and people interested in the “Sailfish Capital of the World.”

Auctioning this trip at a per-person, all-inclusive cost to donors year-round, ODC is able to sell this experience multiple times until capacity is reached. Then, in partnership with Giveback Sports, execute the trip and sell it again the following year. It also provides a unique way for ODC to get major donors together in a relaxed environment. This top-notch experience is shared with others in a more connected setting with the nonprofit organization.

The majority of Giveback Sports packages can be sold at a group rate of 6 or more. By offering a package for donors to take part in at a per person rate is a great way to connect donors, educate on your nonprofit mission, and provide an incredible experience they won’t soon forget.

First-Time Clients Taking a Chance on Our Experiences

All of our experiences are no risk, no commitment. Doesn’t it make sense to offer your donors exciting experiences at your events with no downside?  What is there to lose?

Bourbon experiences are hot right now. A military aid organization in Cincinnati noticed this consumer trend and offered two distinct Giveback Sports bourbon packages at a recent event. They sold both a total of 4 times, quadrupling their profit.

A youth foundation in Florida came to Giveback Sports for an uncommon sporting package to pique the interest of donors. They selected our Porsche Sport Driving Experience and sold the package two times. In addition, they also added two trips from our Top 10 Performing Packages – Jackson Hole Summer Adventure and The ESPY Awards – and sold each of these items two times. In total, three Giveback Sports trips sold six times.

A high school music association has an upcoming event in May 2020. We worked with them to create three experiences for three levels of raffle winners at $500, $2500 and $5000 values.

A cancer-awareness organization wanted to focus solely on entertainment packages. They sold Garth Brooks four times in addition to The Country Music Awards and ESPY Awards in their February event.

These are just a few examples of many. If you allow us to help you – we can, and we will.
