Built heritage can be seen all over Burgundy, including the castles of Ancy-le-Franc, Bazoches, Cormatin and Tanlay, the prestigious Abbeys of Cluny, Fontenay and Pontigny; and in cities of art and history like Auxerre, Chalon-sur-Saône, Dijon and Nevers. The charming town of Beaune is considered the actual capital of Burgundy wine. Surrounded by old stone ramparts, it is the center for the Burgundy wine trade as seen by the highly acclaimed auctions at the Hospice de Beaune every third Sunday in November. The historical old town contains remarkable monuments and beautiful Renaissance buildings mixed with quaint, half-timbered houses and charming inner courtyards. Beaune is one of France’s authentic, precious gems just waiting to be discovered!
While in Burgundy

Accommodations
Your group of six will stay for 6 evenings in a lovely 3-bedroom and 3-bath townhouse in the center of Beaune. This spacious property is located in a 17th-century house completely restored with cozy common areas, fully equipped kitchen and featuring all the comforts of home. The property’s setting combines authenticity and contemporary spirit, ideal for traveling with family or friends.
This auction item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and subject to availability. All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold and travel must occur within two years from date of purchase.
Giveback XP may substitute accommodations for a comparable or better property. Mid-week cleaning, plus final cleaning fees and utilities are included. Transportation is not provided. Gratuity for excursions is not included but recommended.
