The 6,500 sq. ft, $2M luxury villa is nestled in the mountainside in a gated community of Hermosa Heights in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste Costa Rica, conveniently located 30 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from the Pacific. Each bedroom has breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and volcanoes. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath private villa with additional 1 bed/1bath ensuite apartment has been featured on HGTV House Hunters International, Upscale Living Magazine, and Worldwide Luxury Hospitality Magazine.

Enjoy a 7-night stay in this private, luxury villa, inclusive of a personal chef service, 30 ft. salt mineral infinity pool, infrared sauna, fitness gym, and additional amenities. Private chef available for 6 days with 2 meals per day, grocery cost not included.

Blackout Dates: Weeks prior and following Christmas, New Years, Easter.

This auction item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and is subject to availability.  Ground transportation is not provided, but can be added at an additional cost. Private Chef includes labor only, food costs will be charged separately. Tours and experiences in Costa Rica are available at additional cost.

Reservations run Saturday to Saturday.

All purchases are non-refundable.  Packages cannot be resold and must be redeemed within two years from date of purchase.
