You and your guest will join professionally trained chefs in Napa for an interactive, hands-on epicurean adventure. For the next 3-4 hours, you will be cooking with seasonal produce paired with the best ingredients from around the Napa Valley.
Learn the finer points of cooking in a spectacular and congenial kitchen, filled with all kinds of top-of-the line equipment used in the finest professional kitchens. Then sit down to the amazing gourmet meal your group has created! Instruction covers a broad scope of technique, plus you will go home with a selection of creative recipes that use fresh, flavorful ingredients, along with the confidence to pull it off in your kitchen.

Indulge in a leisurely lunch and embrace a slower pace aboard a three-hour ride that brings you from Downtown Napa to St. Helena and back again. This daytime journey treats you to three sumptuous courses aboard an antique 1015 Pullman car.

Enjoy a visit to the Long Meadow Ranch Mayacamas Estate to explore exquisite mountain vineyards and wine caves, nestled high above Napa Valley, where you will have the opportunity to consider the limited-production collection of estate-grown wines for purchase. This unique experience includes transportation to the Estate, house-cured charcuterie, cheese, and olives and a tasting of the Prato Lungo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Enjoy a 3-night stay for 2 (standard guest room, double occupancy) at the Marriott, Cambria, Hilton or similar accommodations in Napa Valley, California.
NOTE: Napa is approximately 1.5 hours north of San Francisco and Oakland. Wineries are subject to change based on availability and gratuity for tours and tastings are not included.
Blackout Dates: All major holidays and special events including BottleRock, NASCAR at Sonoma Raceway and weekends during Harvest Season. Weekdays in Harvest Season are extremely limited and may be subject to an additional charge.
This auction item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and subject to availability. All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold and travel must occur within two years from date of purchase.
Giveback XP may substitute accommodations for a comparable or better property. Transportation is not provided unless specified. 18% gratuity for the driver is included but additional gratuity is encouraged. Wineries are subject to change based on availability. You must be 21 to participate in the tastings, but guests of all ages are welcome on the tours. Gratuity for tours and tastings is not included but recommended.
