Nonprofit Auction Packages That Cost You Nothing Unless They Sell
How It Works
1. Tell us about your event. Your audience, your goals, your format. We work with local foundations and national organizations, and the right lineup looks different for each.
2. Get a shortlist in minutes. Our AI Experience Advisor takes what you’ve told us about your event and narrows 140+ packages down to the ones that actually fit your audience and your price range. It’s the fastest way to go from “we need auction items” to a real working list — and our team reviews it with you before anything is locked.
3. Choose your experiences. Pick from 140+ packages across sports, golf, travel, food and wine, outdoor adventure, and entertainment. There’s no minimum and no commitment.
4. Set your reserve. We help you price it. We recommend setting your minimum at least 15–20% above cost.
5. Sell it. Then sell it again. Every experience can be sold multiple times. When two or more bidders are locked in a war, stop the bidding and sell to all.
6. Hand the winners to us. Send us the winning bidders’ details after your event. Our travel team takes it from there.

What You Keep
You keep 100% of everything above your reserve price.
There’s no cap on it. If a package is priced at $3,000 and it hammers at $5,500, the $2,500 is yours. If you sell it three times that night, all three are yours.

Why the Packages Work
We hold direct relationships with hotels, tour operators, and vendors, which is what keeps the cost side efficient enough for you to profit on the spread.
We also run our own ticket portal. That’s the part most auction item providers can’t do — it gives us access to top sporting and entertainment events that are otherwise locked up, and it’s why our sports and golf inventory holds up under a live auction.
We Take Care of the Winners
Your job ends when the gavel drops. Ours starts.
Winning a trip at a gala is exciting. Redeeming one shouldn’t be a second job. Our travel team works directly with your winning donors — dates, logistics, the details — so the experience they paid a premium for actually feels like one.
This matters more than it sounds. The donor who has a flawless trip is the donor who bids again next year, and tells the table next to them to do the same. We’ve built the fulfillment side to protect that relationship for you.
You focus on raising money. We’ll handle the experience part.
