Experience packages built for banquet crowds who bid hard on Bourbon Trail, fishing trips, and adventure in the West. Ready to list on any platform, no risk on anything that doesn’t sell.

Online auction listings with live bidding

What lands in a conservation banquet room is no mystery. Bourbon Trail getaways, guided fishing trips, golf events, Italy, and adventure-based trips in the American West. These are the packages that move. The crowd bids hard, and that matters. When bidding runs hot, you can sell the same package to the second-place bidder and double the take. Imagery and descriptions arrive ready for your platform, so the item looks sharp the moment it hits the screen.

Conservation crowds are different because they arrive ready. They show up to dinners and auctions year after year. They know the drill. A competitive bid tradition means you do not have to warm up the room. What you need are items that match what they already want. No education, no pitch. Just trips that fit a room full of people who hunt, fish, travel, and bid to win.

There is no upfront cost to reserve experiences. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. A recommended starting bid of 15 to 20 percent above cost means profit from the very first bid. How many items you list depends on audience size and crowd. Giveback XP helps fine tune the number.

You browse over 140 experiences and reserve what fits. Marketing support arrives as a one-page PDF per experience with details, photos, and videos when available, plus a marketing email with tips and event info. At your auction, winning bidders are processed as normal. After the event, you send the winners’ details and the Travel Team books their trips. Donors have up to two years to travel for non event-based experiences. Event-based trips like the Kentucky Derby or US Open are for that year only.

After the gavel, winners have trips booked and no loose ends sit with your team. The auction added profit without adding risk. The room got what it came for, and nothing sat unsold that you have to explain.
