Silent Auctions for Conservation & Wildlife Organizations
Travel and experience packages built for banquet-style fundraisers, competitive bidding rooms, and the trips your crowd already talks about.

What works for a Conservation & Wildlife Organizations
Your room responds to experiences that feel like them. Bourbon Trail, fishing trips, golf events, Italy, and adventure-based trips in the American West all move the needle. Coastal Conservation Association, Oregon Wildlife Association, and Billfish Conservation Project have all used packages like these successfully. The bidding gets competitive by tradition, which is exactly where selling the same package to second-place bidders doubles the take. You pick what fits your crowd from a catalog of over 140 experiences. Nothing goes on the table that does not belong there.
Why a Conservation & Wildlife Organizations is different
Your events run on banquet culture. Membership dinners, raffle-and-auction traditions, and a room that knows exactly what it likes set the pace. These are not polite silent auctions with a few paddle raises. They are loud, competitive, and built on items people actually want to win. Travel and experience packages fold right into that rhythm without replacing it. You add to the night, not overhaul it.
What it costs and what decides the scope
There is no upfront cost. You browse experiences, reserve what you like, and receive the marketing materials for your event. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. How many experiences you bring depends on your audience size and crowd. Starting bids sit 15-20% above cost, so profit begins with the very first raise.
How it goes from your side
You pick the experiences that match your room. The material for each one lands as a one-page PDF with photos, details, and videos when available. You get a marketing email to help you talk about the items before and after the event. At the event, bidding opens. When it closes, you send the winners’ details and the Travel Team books the trip. Donors have up to two years to travel on non-event-based experiences. Event-based experiences like the Kentucky Derby or CMAs are for that year.
Once it is all handled, your auction table carries trips people want to bid on. You keep everything above cost on every sold package. Any experience that does not sell costs you nothing. Winners get booked, and your next banquet has a proven playbook waiting.
