Silent Auctions for Disease Research & Patient Charities
Travel and experience packages built for galas, luncheons, and fundraisers where the room bids on causes they care about personally.

Bucket-list travel and live-event packages fit the room at a disease research or patient charity fundraiser. Think Formula 1, the Kentucky Derby, the US Open, Napa getaways, and top international destinations like Italy. These are the items that start conversations at the silent auction table and drive mobile bidding late into the night. Experiences sell because they feel personal and aspirational, the same way your donors feel about your mission. Most packages sell 30 to 50 percent above cost, and winning bids above fair market value are generally tax deductible for the donor. You are not adding another gift basket to the mix. You are putting something on the table that matches how your room already bids.
Your audience is different from a general charity crowd. These are people who show up because the cause has touched their family or someone they know. They bid like it. That changes what sells. Local restaurant certificates and spa packages get handed around every walk committee in town. A consignment travel package fills your catalog without another donation ask. It gives your bidders something they cannot get anywhere else in the room that night. The same experience can sell multiple times if the bidding gets hot, which happens often when the room is full of people who care deeply about the outcome.
There is no upfront cost. You browse over 140 experiences and reserve what fits your crowd. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. How many experiences you list depends on your audience size and the flow of your evening. A gala with 300 guests might carry 10 to 15 packages comfortably. A luncheon might need fewer. The team helps you fine tune that number.
You reserve the experiences you want and get a one-page PDF display for each one, with details, photos, and videos when available. A marketing email comes with helpful hints and pre- and post-event info. At your event, the items sit on the silent auction table or inside your mobile bidding platform. Afterward, you send the winners’ details and the Travel Team books the trip. Donors have up to two years to travel for non event-based experiences. Event-based experiences like the Kentucky Derby or the US Open are for that year’s event. If an item does not sell, you owe nothing.
Your auction closes with sold experiences, happy bidders, and profit that goes straight to your mission. You did not chase another donation or ask a local business one more time. The travel team handles the details so your staff stays focused on the cause.
