Live Auctions for Rotary, Lions, Civic Clubs & Chambers

Travel and experience packages for your annual dinner, golf outing, or awards night. No risk, you keep all profit.

Live auction with raised bid paddles at a fundraising event

For your club, the right live auction item is one your members see themselves taking. Country Music Awards tickets, Napa wine trips, Belize getaways, and regional sporting events have all sold well in Rotary and Chamber rooms. Your members are local business people who decide fast. They respond to trips that feel specific to their interests. Your room is often smaller than a big gala, so every bid counts. Mobile bidding can pull in bids from members who are not in the room that night. You know your people: the items that match their tastes will get the action.

Rotary, Lions, civic clubs, and Chambers run events that are woven into the community. Your room is not a ballroom of strangers. It is filled with people who know each other and trust the club. That trust means a live auction trip does not need a hard sell. If the trip fits, members bid. Decisions happen quickly because your leadership is local and knows the crowd. You can add an item the week of the event and it will still work. Relationships carry the night.

There is no upfront cost for the experiences. You set a reserve at 15-20% above the cost, so the club makes money from the first bid. If an item does not sell, you owe nothing. If bidding gets hot, the same package can sell more than once, multiplying profit. The number of items you need depends on your audience size and the flow of your evening. A typical dinner or golf outing might feature three to five experiences. You can add items up to the day of the event.

You start by browsing over 140 travel and experience packages. Pick the ones that fit your crowd and reserve them at no cost. You receive a one-page display sheet per experience with photos and details, plus a marketing email with tips. At your event, you auction the trips. Afterward, you pay only for the items that sold, keeping everything above the reserve. Send the winners’ information to Giveback XP and the travel team handles the booking. Winners have up to two years to travel for most experiences.

Your event closes with a live auction that felt different. Members bid on trips they are excited to take. The club keeps the profit with no leftover items to store. Next year, you have a new set of experiences waiting.
