Browse over 140 experiences and reserve what you like at no cost. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. Nothing is owed for unsold items. Marketing support includes a one-page PDF display per experience and an email with tips for before and after your event.
You pick the experiences, get the marketing materials, and place them on your silent auction table or mobile bidding platform. After the event, you send the winner details to the Travel Team. They book the travel and get the donors squared away. Donors have up to two years to travel for most experiences. Event-based trips like the Kentucky Derby or US Open are for that year’s event.
Your dinner or classic wraps up with new energy. A few big items sold well and added profit without risk. Staff and volunteers stayed focused on the night, not on fulfillment. Next year, you already know what works.
