Cooking Experience
You and your guest will join professionally trained chefs in Napa for an interactive, hands-on epicurean adventure. You will be cooking with seasonal produce paired with the best ingredients from around the Napa Valley. Learn basic technique or participate in advanced classes in an incredible kitchen, located on the beautiful Silverado Trail. Class schedules vary by week and all classes are 3-4 hours.
Learn the finer points of cooking in a spectacular and congenial kitchen, filled with all kinds of top-of-the line equipment used in the finest professional kitchens. Then sit down to the amazing gourmet meal your group has created! Instruction covers a broad scope of technique, plus you will go home with a selection of creative recipes that use fresh, flavorful ingredients, along with the confidence to pull it off in your own kitchen.

Taste the wine that put Napa Valley on the map and get the inside track to a true Napa Valley legend. The winery itself is simple, quaint and charming. But it’s one of the Napa Valley Valley’s most famous stories. If you haven’t heard of the 1976 Paris Tasting, you soon will. After a gourmet lunch aboard our elegant Wine Train, indulge in a private tour and tasting at Grgich Hills Estate, home of one of the greatest winemakers in the world.

Enjoy a visit to the Long Meadow Ranch Mayacamas Estate to explore exquisite mountain vineyards and wine caves, nestled high above Napa Valley, where you will have the opportunity to consider the limited-production collection of estate-grown wines for purchase. This unique experience includes transportation to the Estate, house-cured charcuterie, cheese, and olives and a tasting of the Prato Lungo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
