Join us December 4-8, 2025 for the 10th Annual Guatemala Billfish Invitational at Pacific Fins. The start of an epic experience where you will tackle the mighty billfish off Guatemala’s Pacific Coast with celebrity anglers and make a difference in the future of Conservation in Guatemala!
The Sailfish Commission of Guatemala’s mission is to promote the socioeconomic development of the Pacific Coastal region of Guatemala by developing Big-Game-Fish Tourism, taking an adequate and sustainable advantage of the natural resource that is the “Billfish.”
This fun 3-day tournament is where like-minded anglers will gather to socialize with each other and fishing celebrities in a relaxed environment all in support of a worthy cause.
If calm waters and multiple shots at Pacific sailfish every day excite you, then Guatemala’s Pacific coast is your fishing paradise. Experienced anglers rate Guatemala the #1 sportfishing destination in the world because it is THE “hot spot” for large numbers of Pacific sailfish. No place in the world offers more raises, bites and releases then in Guatemala. And when it comes to sailfishing – our experienced fleet averages an incredible 15 to 20 bites a day. Marlin in the 300 to 600 pound class are caught regularly in our waters. In recent years it is not uncommon to see our outstanding captains and crews raise multiple marlin in a single fishing day. Yellowfin tuna and dorado (Mahi-Mahi) are also abundant.
Celebrity Anglers who have fished with us in past tournaments:
NFL First Ballot Hall of Famer Warren Sapp
Former MLB Pitcher CC Sabathia
