Hilton Head 7-Bedroom Luxury Home

Take a stroll through the remains of a Civil War era fort, relax on the island’s 12 miles of beautiful sandy shores, or play a round on one of the 24 championship golf courses.

Accommodations

Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area.  The house has four levels covering over 4200 square feet and can sleep up to 20 people.

On the lower level you will find a 2-car garage, private pool with large covered lanai, gas grill, outdoor sectional, and teak dining table with seating for eight.

Second level is the main living area with family room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom with Travertine floors throughout. The well-stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice maker and dining area with seating for 19. The bedroom has a cal king bed and access to the bath with shower.

Third level has four bedrooms, including two with cal king beds and en-suite baths, the other two bedrooms each have two double beds with a connecting jack-and-jill bath. The laundry room with washer and dryer are on this level.

Fourth level has a bedroom with cal king bed and two sets of bunk beds, each with a twin bed on top and double bed on bottom and an en-suite bath. An additional bedroom on the fourth level has double queen beds and TV with a Xbox One game center console and four gaming chairs.

Both third and fourth levels have newly installed hardwood floors throughout. Each floor has a large balcony spanning the width of the house with rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and gliders.

Activities in the Area

The home is a half-mile walk to the beach.

There are very nice and well-known golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the property. It’s a ¼ mile walk from a park with 6 tennis courts, a bike path and 2 basketball courts.

Palmetto Dunes tennis complex is a 5-minute drive away with 19 clay courts and 24 pickle ball courts (fees to reserve and use).  An additional 6 hard courts for free a ¼ mile walk from the home.

Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course has been named South Carolina’s Golf Course of the Year and widely renowned for its open, inviting layout and spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Home to one of the only oceanfront holes on Hilton Head island, this much-loved course offers wide fairways, expansive greens, challenging bunkers and subtle elevation changes. A true pinnacle of design, this golf course appeals to novices as well as experienced players.

Crescent Pointe is a world-class Arnold Palmer “Signature Course” situated on a spectacular piece of property that highlights the beauty of the Lowcountry. It’s Arnie’s only public-access course in the Hilton Head Island area, and it’s pure Palmer with generous fairways but challenging approaches to its many elevated, undulating greens. Magnificent, century-old oaks, manicured conditioning and dramatic shot-making opportunities make this course a “must play.”
