Build a Custom Felt Cowboy Hat 

Burns Custom Hats came to life when the sixth-generation owner brought his passion for hats to the business. Each hat begins as a shapeless piece of beaver or rabbit felt. The skilled hands of a Burns hat expert steams, creases, and shapes the hat into a custom creation that tells the story of its wearer. Add a band and other accessories – no two hats are the same. This is a truly one-of-a-kind experience to create a unique piece for any wardrobe. 

Private Guided Horseback Ride and Tour

Grab your brand-new hat and get rewarded with breathtaking views of the majestic, snowcapped Grand Teton Mountain Range during your *private guided horse back ride! Start the climb up to Ann’s Pond where you can often see moose having a drink, then to Ann’s Ridge where you’ll have lunch, stretch your legs and take in the spectacular 360 lookout. Continue on Ann’s Ridge Loop and down the historic Bryan’s Flat logging road. Wildlife encounters are frequent as you ride through the natural habitat of the Rocky Mountain Elk, Mule Deer, Shiras Moose, Red Tailed Hawks and even our American Bald Eagle!

Enjoy a 3-night stay for 2 (standard guest room, double occupancy) at The Parkway Inn or similar in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

This auction item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and subject to availability.  All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold and travel must occur within two years from date of purchase.

Accommodations may be substituted for a comparable or better property. Transportation is not provided unless specified. Prices per hat and accessories vary, upgrades are available at additional expenses not included. Horseback riding has a 250 lb weight limit.  Gratuity for excursions is not included but recommended. Excursions are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.
