* (7) Helpful Hints/Reminders:
- Bucket-list sporting & entertainment experiences, private cabins and villas produce the most profit per experience for organizations.
- Use bullet points when displaying items at your event. It’s way too hard for a donor to digest information when you have one giant paragraph for a listing especially when viewing on mobile!
- Narrow the focus. Don’t pick too many experiences for your event. A lot of factors play into this decision, but sometimes less is more.
- Ask your committee or board where they would like to travel. They are often buyers of trips.Ā If they want an experience, you increase the likelihood of selling multiples at the event.
- A creative way to raise more money at your event is to utilize the timing of your fundraiser and the momentum of an event-based experience [ie. Kentucky Derby, CMAs, etc].
- Our goal is to partner with you and help fill in the gaps at your fundraiser with highly-sought after experiences. We prefer not to be your entire eventĀ š
- You are not too late offering our experiences at your event. Some orgs call us the day before their fundraiser. Please give us more than 3 hours notice. š
BROWSE over 125+ experiences to offer your donors. You only pay for an item if it sells, keep 100% over the cost and can sell experiences multiple times. Our experiences cultivate friendly competition, spark bidding wars, and create a high level of excitement at your next fundraiser.
