This rugged region of geological wonders astounds visitors from other places, but it is beloved by Kentuckians and known the world over to rock climbers, partly because of its many overhanging cliffs.

Unwind in your remote hideaway or take part in various adventure activities such as zip-lining, hiking, rock climbing or a trip to the Natural Bridge State Park.

Underground Kayak Adventure

No matter how hot it is outside, the Gorge Underground is a cool 55 degrees. Your guide will lead you into the darkness of the Gorge Underground and through the mountainside for a full hour-long adventure under the earth’s surface. Paddle your way through a 100 year-old flooded mine in a kayak as you guide explains the history of the cavern and how it came to be flooded.
