You will receive up to six consecutive hours of chauffeured luxury sedan service inclusive of all service fees, fuel and driver’s base gratuity. The drivers are knowledgeable on the wine country area and will entertain you during the trip.

Winery Experiences

Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards is envisioned as a fresh interpretation of the classic winery through the expertise of a collaboration of artisans, winemakers, local farm producers, and event designers.

Veritas Vineyard & Winery is family-owned and run farm winery nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The winery offers our guests an intimate view of the winemaking process and founders share the common goal of making wines of the highest quality from the rich Virginia terroir.

King Family Vineyards specializes in the production of ultra-premium wines that showcase the remarkable quality and terroir of the Monticello AVA. Our passion is the customer, our craft is the wine.  King Family Vineyards has been touted as one of the best wineries in Virginia.

Afton Mountain Vineyards has vines planted in 1978 all the way through 2020, they are protected from frost by elevation of nearly 1000 feet, shielded from excessive rain by the mountain’s rain shadow, and dried by the prevailing breezes flowing through the nearby Rockfish and Humpback gaps.

Pollak Vineyards is a family-owned winery and vineyards founded in 2003 with 99-acre farm with 35 acres of vines yield 6,000 cases of estate grown wine each year.  This location is an amazingly large winery tucked away in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with a quiet and serene setting.

Thomas Jefferson Monticello

Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness!  This 45-minute guided experience includes first floor spaces in Thomas Jefferson’s home, the West Lawn, and the South Wing. You’ll learn about Thomas Jefferson and his vision for America, the realities of slavery on the Monticello plantation, and the mountaintop’s iconic architecture. This tour also includes access to our gardens, grounds, walking tours, family-friendly activities, and exhibits.

Accommodations

Enjoy a 3-night stay for 2 (standard guest room, double occupancy) at the Boar’s Head Resort, Omni Hotel or similar in Charlottesville, Virginia.

 

Note: Charlottesville is approximately 1.5 hours from Richmond, 2 hours from Washington DC.

This auction item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and subject to availability.  All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold and travel must occur within two years from date of purchase.

Accommodations may be substituted for a comparable or better property.  Transportation is not provided unless specified.  Wineries and breweries are subject to change based on availability.  You must be 21 to participate in the tastings, but all ages are welcome on the tours.  Gratuity for excursions, tours, tastings is not included but recommended.
